About Hannah

I have been chosen as the Conservative candidate for Beckenham and Penge for the 2024 General Election.

I have lived in this great Constituency since 2007 with my two sons. I have been a party member since 2008 and Councillor since 2014 supporting the residents of West Wickham to ensure their views are heard and represented.

Deep Community Roots

As a Local Councillor I have been a member of the PDS (Policy Development and Scrutiny) Committees on Care Services, Children Education and Families and Public Protection and Enforcement. I have sat on Bromley Economic Partnership and am still sitting on the Fostering Panel since 2014. I have been the Executive Assistant to the portfolio holder for Renewal Recreation and Housing and the Small Business Champion ensuring that local businesses had a voice, received the covid support grants and in addition I organised the Bromley Business to Business Expos and Meet the Buyer events.

I was honoured to be appointed Deputy Mayor in 2016, but I truly got to know the wider community, especially those in Beckenham & Penge during my two Mayoral terms, 2020/21 and 2022/23 joining many in our diverse community, the voluntary groups and those that continued to provide essential services throughout the Covid pandemic.

An Unerring Dedication to Driving Positive Change

As the Conservative candidate for Beckenham and Penge, I will be readily available, approachable, and responsive to my constituents. I will steadfastly represent you at a national level helping to formulate policies to benefit all, whilst promoting locally an understanding of party policies and achievements.

Beckenham and Penge needs an MP that truly understands local issues, the broad spectrum and diverse concerns affecting local people. Someone who loves to get out there and listen. I have a strong sense of community and the Constituency has a large representation of entrepreneurial small businesses that need support, which I understand as I run my own consultancy business.

I have a robust moral compass and I have a deep-seated commitment to the principles of fairness, equality, and justice.

As an MP I believe it is vital to have the empathy and resilience to take the grass roots issues to a national level supporting small businesses, taking a stand against ULEZ and pay per mile, promoting apprenticeships, protecting the green belt, encouraging better telecoms connectivity, and calling for local police support in offices in Penge and West Wickham and ensuring that the safer neighbourhood teams have access to police vehicles.

I am a familiar face throughout the Constituency and known for my integrity empathy and dedication. I believe that with positive planning and a proactive campaign we can win in the next general election, and I will work tirelessly to achieve this goal.
